During the Brexit referendum (June 2016) in Britain the advocates for Britain exiting the European Union had a constant asset for their cause in the form of the Governor of the Bank Of England. It was an unintended factor as the Governor was a firm believer in maintaining British membership in the Fourth Reich (or the E.U.S.S.R., it is difficult to discern which designation is an appropriate one for the European Union). Ignoring the advice of past Bank of England Governors to refrain from getting either the Bank, or it's Governor, involved in the raging political debate, the Bank of England Governor took to campaigning for the "Remain" (in the European Union) side. A Bank of England economic prognosis, heavily biased against the Brexit cause, was released. Statements such as "Brexit will cause WWIII" became, with the Governor's encouragement, a common staple for the "Remain" cause during the Brexit campaign.

Britain's started to get their back up at the Governor's manipulations. What compounded this situation was that the Central Banker was not even British, in fact the man was North American. For Member of Parliament, and pro Brexit campaigner Jacob Rees Moog, the Bank Of England Governor was a Godsend. Moog spent May and June of 2016 constantly referring to the elitist globalist banker's pompeous ways. Time and again Moog reminded his fellow citizens on how a foreigner lectured them on how they should behave, or how the big banker lectured the Island people on how helpless their nation would be without the guidance of the superior Europeans. When the evening of June 16, 2016 came around Jacob Rees Moog was able to enjoy a belly aching laugh at the Central Bankers expense. Fifty two per-cent of British citizens voted to exit the European Union, as against forty eight per-cent who supported the 'Remain"(in the European Union) side. Among that forty-eight per-cent was a distraught Bank Of England Governor Mark Carney!

Mark Carney is a Canadian, a former Governor of both The Bank of Canada, as well as The Bank of England. Mr. Carney possesses triple citizenship, those nations being Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Shortly after the Referendums conclusion Mr. Carney left the United Kingdom with his tail between his legs. He returned to Canada.

Mr. Carney arrived in a Canada bursting with turmoil. Overreaction Draconian Government policies regarding Covid mandates had resulted in a massive public protest, led by non-compliant transport truck drivers. A vast majority of the downtown core of the nation's capital, Ottawa, was blockaded through a method of strategicly located parked transport trucks. Although the blockade was highly inconvenient for Ottawa residents, the truckers behaviour throughout the protest was fairly benign. When a local court ordered the truckers to cease honking their horns between the hours of 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., the compliance to the court order was universal. All that the protestors rtequested was that the government negotiate on it's Covid policies, policies which effected the health and finances of all Canadians. Policies furthermore which had been imposed on Canadians by decree.

Into this situation rushed Mark Carney. Did he call for negotiation? Did he suggest solutions which could peacefully break the logjam? Not in the least! Instead he accused the Truckers of sedition, despite the fact not one of them had proposed overthrowing the Federal Government. Mr. Carney ignored the fact the Transport Drivers were battling for individual freedom, instead demanding they be forcefully incarcerated for championing the rights of Canadians.

Mark Carney has a history of impulsive behaviour, as well as uttering bellicose public statements. That he utters them in a calm tone matters not, they are what they are. After being parachuted into the political position of Canadian Prime Minister, he has instituted a counter productive adversarial policy regarding the United States entitled 'Elbows Up.' Many Canadians erronously view this as a reaction to U.S. President Donald Trump's tariffs against some Canadian exports to America. If that were the case why has the Canadian P.M. been so accomodating in Canadian trade relations with Communist China? Mainland Communist China has behaved far more egregiously toward Canada than has the United States.

In fact Mr. Carney's actions towards the United States are reactions driven by emotion. Mr. Trump is relegating Canada to third position in the North America triumvirate. A triumvirate consisting of the United States, Mexico, and Canada. In the past Canada rated ahead of Mexico in American eyes. That is now no longer the case, and it leaves both Canada, and Mr. Carney, on the bottom rung of North American influence. (It is important that the reader be aware that according to the Organization of Economic Co-Operation and Development, the OECD, that by 2030 Mexico will surpass Canada in per capita GDP if present trends continue)

So what is the results of Mr. Carney's "Elbows Up" campaign? According to Stats Can (Statistics Canada, a government run agency) the nation's GDP sunk -.5% in the current P.M.'s first year in that position. That is the worst first year of any Canadian Prime Minister since the Great Depression of the 1930's. Even good news is alarming. Employment in Canada during May 2026 grew by 18,000 positions. Yet 17,500 of those jobs were part time (FIFA anyone) while only 500 are actually full time work. Four point five(4.5) million Canadians live below the poverty line, known as the Market Basket Measure (a measurement based on the afforability of food, shelter, clothing, footwear, transportation and other necessities).

Canada's economy is heavily reliant on oil. With the Iran war driving up the cost of oil this period should be Canada's time to shine. Such is not the case! Indeed while Canadians slide into impoverishment, other nations facing more arduous challenges, such as a heavily sanctioned Russia, which is also involved in a problematic military conflict, perform at a higher economic level than residents of The Great White North!

Leading the Canadian ship of state is a sterile, incompetent fraud! A man given to emotional actions, minus the intensity usually associated with those outbursts. Incredibly Mr. Carney is turning out to be an even worse Prime Minister of Canada than Justin Trudeau was! If not stopped soon the Septic Banker could be the ruin of all Canadians!
